The Association of European Businesses in Mozambique is preparing to launch, later this semester, a competition to select business proposals that could benefit from European funding. The initiative, which will cover the whole country, targets three hundred young entrepreneurs and will give priority to technology projects linked to agriculture, tourism, consultancy services and other strategic sectors.
The announcement was made in Maputo by Simone Santi, President of the Association of European Businesses in Mozambique, at the European Union Business Network. To facilitate access to the initiative, the organisation will establish focal points in each province, where entrepreneurs will be able to submit their proposals.
