"On the other side"
Mudungaze and CCMA

We live with ambitions and perspectives in common that are inaccessible on the other side for various reasons, but covid has turned this lack of release into a collective cry. On the other side of the lockdown window or on the other side of the lives of those who have gone.... perhaps the latent state in which this new way of being in society, distanced caging, is a little morbid. ... as everything is dual, yang and yin, let us colour it and celebrate on this side of the masked survivors in uncertainty...

On the other side of the Life that passed through us, the survivors of the lair... it was the other side of the window and the other side of the air we did not breathe... on the other side of the feelings that we could not now touch without alcohol gloves.

“I did not want it to be only about me or one other side... but about many sides.”

It is a moment inspired by Nietzsche’s book, an analysis of psychoanalysis, "When Nietzsche Wept".... he is analysed by Freud. I try not to let the non-existence and the lack of this identity of the other fall into the void.

I am dreaming and in my dream there appears a person who is working with me on this experience, and in the dream blue monkeys appear with a different look, speaking a strange language. My colleague was afraid and I said: we are in a creative dream, these monkeys are our invention…. within the dream I was on both sides of the same page .... it is possible. An emotional journey with a metaphorical effect that leads us to a feeling that, during the pandemic, our time was stolen life. I tried to make the narrative irregular, but the dream in the midst of everything is always abstract.”
