On 17 August, the Dr António Agostinho Neto Memorial in Luanda was the setting for the Forum on Institutional Communication and Press Relations (CIAI). The event brought together specialists from different fields to discuss communication strategies that promote transparency and effectiveness in organisations.

The forum featured several important contributions, including a presentation by Hermenegildo de Brito on the role of communication in the management and administration of institutions. Francisco Kuvalela addressed brand building and reputation management, critical topics for organisations wishing to consolidate a positive image in the market.
During the event, the challenges and opportunities of press relations in Angola were also discussed, as well as technological innovation in corporate communication. There was also room for a round table highlighting transparency in public institutions.

The participation of professionals from Mozambique led to a valuable exchange of experiences, in particular in reflecting on institutional communication in emerging markets.

This forum was a significant contribution to the communications sector, and promises to be the first of many events that will continue to shape the future of institutional communication.
