AutênticArte is a company specialising in laser engraving. The business consists of creating and personalising products in wood, plywood, glass, fabric, among other materials. It has a wide range of gifts for the corporate sector, weddings, restaurants and even florists.
The pandemic was what led the founders to create this concept. The world was living through an unprecedented situation and it was in this context that they had the idea of responding to pandemic restrictions by creating the anti-contact, a device for use at ATMs that allows buttons to be pressed without using one's fingers directly. Later, they decided to create personalised earrings, a product that went viral and is known today by many as the “lucky earrings”. These two items set the business in motion, taking them to the print shop they are today.

Since opening the company, and as demand grew, they have been acquiring more modern specialised equipment, which today makes it possible to do all kinds of printing, and to personalise almost any material.

The working team is made up of five people, ranging from creatives and managers to administrative staff. They have a diverse client portfolio, since their products have broad appeal in the market and may interest individual customers as well as large companies and organisations. They complain that one of the biggest challenges they face is the fact that large companies invest little in local partnerships, that is, they do not buy products from firms that have recently entered the market, continuing to favour suppliers operating outside the country, which ends up having a negative effect on the business. For the future they intend to expand into other regions and keep investing in the quality of their services, and in this way win more clients so that, in a very near tomorrow, they are a major reference in the sector. Their work can be found in our shop or enjoyed on the digital platforms Facebook (@autenticarte) and Instagram (@autenticartemoz).
