Mozambique stood out by winning the Tang Soo Do world title at the event held in North Carolina, United States, which ended last Saturday. The feat was achieved through Edson Roberto de Noronha, who won in the Senior Black Belts division, and Titos Munhequete, who triumphed in the Veteran Colour Belts division. Both athletes, who belong to the Temporario’s Tang Soo Do school, won three gold medals each. Collectively, the national team took part in the Demonstration and Creativity Category, finishing fourth. This result reinforces the excellence and dedication of Mozambican athletes on the international stage. During the Masters Promotion Ceremony, Cláudio Temporário, President of the Mozambican Tang Soo Do Association, was promoted to the level of Senior Master, Fifth Dan, in recognition of his significant contribution to the sport in the country.
