By Decree No. 7/2021 of 5 March, the Government of Mozambique approved a revision of the measures to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, for a period of 30 days from 7 March 2021, and for as long as the State of Calamity lasts.
Accordingly, all the measures previously approved by Decree No. 2/2021 of 4 February remain in force, with the following variations:
The resumption of in-person classes is authorised, provided all the measures of the health protocol for the prevention of Covid-19 are observed.
The resumption of training by the teams competing in the national football championship is authorised, while holding the championship remains prohibited.
The resumption of training is conditional on weekly Covid-19 testing.
