In May, when Road Safety Day is celebrated, the team from Xonguila magazine attended a special occasion: an internal event entirely devoted to this theme, which is — and will remain — an absolute priority for the company and its employees.
Organised with dedication by the Embondeiros team, the event ran throughout the morning and involved employees from different areas of the company, including Management, in an atmosphere of sharing, learning and collective responsibility. It was attended by the association AMVIRO, which shared valuable advice on safe behaviour on the road and underlined the importance of basic vehicle inspection — because taking care of our vehicle is also taking care of our own life and the lives of others.
The morning was marked by practical and entertaining contests, which tested participants' knowledge of road signs, basic traffic rules and tyre changing. It was especially inspiring to see the active participation of several colleagues, in particular women, in a space traditionally dominated by men — showing that safety is, and must be, everyone's responsibility, without distinction.
This event coincided with the arrival of Wictor Bezerra, the new workshop manager at CFAO Mobility. A Brazilian with more than 20 years of experience in the brand's vehicle mechanics and diagnostics, Wictor has come to strengthen the technical team with his vast knowledge and passion for the workshop.
